FYI – Our next HOA meeting will occur on Wednesday October 19th at 7:30 pm within the community room of the Flower Mound Police Station.

Oak Park HOA Garage Sale

It is that time again! We will be having our community garage sale on Saturday October 1st. The start time will be at 8:00 AM; advertisements will be placed in the local paper and on Craigslist the week of, along with our banner/signs being on display.

We need volunteers to place signs in their windshields at Tom Thumb, Flower Mound Pharmacy, Walgreens, etc. so we can get the word out. It is illegal to place signs on public property. If you have any questions, please contact Debbie at 469.549.0465.

Stage 1 Water Restrictions for Flower Mound

The demand for potable water in Flower Mound has met the trigger conditions that warrant initiating a Stage 1 Emergency Management Measure, which will become effective on Friday, August 12th. The demand for water remains within an amount that can be delivered, however, the voluntary measures outlined in the Stage 1 response may prevent the Town from initiating mandatory restrictions.

Oak Park Neighborhood Cleanup

The City of Flower Mound is moving forward with a Oak Park neighborhood cleanup on May 7^th. The City will be placing 4 dumpsters in the park on Wood Creek and the cleanup will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The City will be placing door tag reminders on Oak Park addresses (and a few Timber Creek) for more information on the cleanup.

It is springtime homeowners, and with it comes the need to ensure that those that have a backyard with one of the main brick walls to maintain any trees, shrubs, etc., that would touch or otherwise put pressure on our wall. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Additionally, our next HOA meeting is scheduled for April the 12^th – 7:30 PM at the Flower Mound Police Station’s Community Room. I look forward to seeing you there and participating in our neighborhood’s Garage Sale that is scheduled for April 9^th.
